  HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
-All orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail. Once shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY JEWELRY TO ARRIVE?

-Because each piece is handmade, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days.​

OH NO! MY NECKLACE IS BROKEN. WHAT DO I DO?

- We will repair your jewelry free of charge for items purchased within 30 days. Items purchased after that deadline will be repaired for a $10 fee. Email us here to contact.

 

WE WANT LILLY JANE AT OUR EVENT, STORE, SORORITY, HOUSE, OR FUNDRAISER FOR A TRUNK SHOW! HOW DO I SET IT UP?

- Shoot us an email here! We LOVE traveling and doing trunk shows because we get to meet all of you beautiful gals! If our schedule permits we will be more than happy to host a trunk show for you!
